He has worked on over 1,000 residential homes of new and old construction. Charles has also taken on industrial and commercial jobs. Over the years he has electrically serviced buildings locally and out of state. Crossgates Mall, Crossgates Commons, The Aviation Mall, Mazzone Hospitality, American Energy Care and Energy Resources are some places and companies he has provided services to in the past. Harry is the second electrician/handyman of this company, he has over 33 years of experience electrically building stores in malls, gas stations and residential buildings, new or old construction. He also services industrial, commercial and residential job sites. He employed Charles for about 13 years, teaching him all that he knows electrically and more. He has great manners, a kind and honest heart and works safe and efficiently always providing quality services just like Charles.

Jessica has over 17 years of customer service experience and is 30 years old. She communicates with all clients, filing records, filling out paperwork, marketing and managing the company. She schedules appointments, does over the phone quotations, gives expert advice out to clients free of charge and so much more! Her main goal is providing clients with amazing service, always taking additional steps for convenience and satisfaction along with comfortable business experiences. Improvement of everything she deals with is always ongoing, trying to better the business and perfect things on her end.
